In this session, Geno Church, Lead Strategist and Passion Pirate at Brains on Fire, will share lessons from his book, The Passion Conversation: Understanding, Sparking and Sustaining Word of Mouth Marketing, exploring how passion compels brands to go above and beyond and inspires customers to talk, share and connect. Come prepared for a hefty dose of social research, a few real-world case studies…and a little bit of brand “commutiny.”

The Passion Conversation: Let’s Get Dirty
In this optional workshop Geno Church, Word of Mouth Inspiration Officer at Brains on Fire, will lead an immersive session exploring your brand values and beliefs, as well as the “why” behind what your organization does and how you do it. Utilizing the same exercises the agency uses internally with their creative team and clients, Geno will facilitate a Brains on Fire-style experience that digs into the functional, social and emotional aspects of your brand, a passion exploration, a community roundtable and a brand storytelling activity. This is an optional workshop for those who are willing to get their hands dirty and do some deep digging. Bring your team and come prepared to work hard and walk away with new insights, knowledge and tactics to implement when you head back home.
