Tim Ruge is Paycor’s Senior Director of Product Marketing, focusing on their HR Center of Excellence and leading product positioning, pricing, win/loss and competitive intelligence. Since joining Paycor in 2012, Tim has led Paycor’s efforts in gathering market feedback to help determine which new solutions and initiatives to launch. Prior to joining Paycor, Tim spent six years helping to build Green Diamond Gallery and The Character and Courage Foundation. He is also a member of the Xavier University Marketing Advisory Board.
Alex Schutte leads Digital Marketing at Paycor. Since joining Paycor over four years ago, Alex has transformed Paycor’s demand generation efforts to be digital-first. Before joining Paycor, Alex spent almost 10 years managing digital between Cintas and Qvidian.
Katy Bunn is the Senior Director of Marketing Communications at Paycor. Katy Bunn leads marketing communications, brand and PR at Paycor. Since joining Paycor, Katy has built Paycor’s brand position around “Technology + Expertise” while also implementing brand guidelines throughout the business. Her team creates hundreds of new assets each year that are used to drive demand and build brand awareness. Before joining Paycor, Katy spent almost ten years leading brand campaigns for creative agencies, including Powerhouse and Northlich.
About this Community: The CX and Sales Enablement Community delivers a forum on the 3rd Tuesday of the month where Cincinnati and NKY leaders review and discuss how to influence customer experience, improve sales results, increase Marketing ROI, drive integration and expand innovation, with levers spanning people, process and technology.
