Mitch studied and applied these nuances to great effect during a 6 years tenure managing the Customer Experience Center at Hill-Rom in Batesville, IN, which included a 27,000 sq ft renovation, and many visits to top centers in the nations (Apple, AT&T, etc…) Sales hit rates exceeded 85% with over 350 customer groups per year
