This two-hour workshop is full of insights, best practices, and practical ways to make your tradeshow program more effective and improve your company’s bottom line. An updated version of the Tradeshow Playbook contains a how-to guide with templates to improve sales engagement for large and small shows.

Building on last year’s platform Annie & Mitch will take you through the foundation of trade show success! The playbook is a comprehensive how-to guide with accompanying templates that will help you take your program to the next level.
The updated playbook covers everything from selecting the right shows to selecting the right spaces, booth design, tradeshow do’s and don’ts, how to set reasonable goals, how to manage post-show sales activity, and lead capture and sales engagement best practices.
