Facilitator: Sarah Tsai has worked over a decade in management consulting, helping organizations improve their performance. As a 17-year Cincinnati resident, she has worked with companies in the industries of manufacturing, healthcare, software, retail and education throughout the region. Her expertise spans across upstream innovation product development and market expansion to downstream execution of product marketing and sales. Originally born and raised in Taipei, she currently lives in Mt. Lookout with her two children ages 5 and 3.
