Thankfully, most of us can’t imagine what it is like for the patients and families coming to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Trying to understand their experience, extracting insights and making plans to create a better experience is what Cincinnati Children’s is doing using a Market Research Online Community (MROC). Through case studies, we share execution through results, of how families allow us a peak into their lives, their concerns, and their needs.
Colleen Hennegan, VP, MarketVision Research – As leader of the online community practice for MarketVision Research, Colleen combines her research and innovation expertise to craft designs and techniques to deliver insights that move businesses forward. She and her team serve business-to business, consumer and healthcare clients and respondents.
She has over 30 years of experience in marketing, marketing research, and ideation with leadership positions at Ipsos, CET (Greater Cincinnati’s Public Media Organization), Eureka Ranch, and The HoneyBaked Ham Company.
Brittany Smith, Research Associate, MarketVision Research, on the MROC (Market Research Online Community) team. Her expertise is in healthcare MROCs with experience using quantitative and qualitative research methods to respond to client needs. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was named departmental Outstanding Student of the Year.
