Topic: Taking the Eenie Meenie Miney Mo Out of Research Design
Facilitator: Susan Frede
Susan will present a framework that summarizes the uses of marketing research and discuss typical research techniques that might be used to address each of the uses. Attendees will come away with a deeper understanding of the latest research design techniques and will be better poised to help clients navigate the research design process.
Susan is a 30-year marketing research veteran. She is a strong research methodologist with the ability to design innovative yet practical research solutions to address client business needs and strategic objectives. She is also a data & sampling quality troubleshooter who can quickly identify problems & the potential impact as well as implement solutions.
Susan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Kentucky University with a B.S. degree in Marketing and a Minor in Mathematics. She earned her M.Ed. in Adult Education from the University of Georgia in August 2015. She recently served as an adjunct professor at NKU teaching Consumer Insights.
