The Sales & Marketing Leadership SIG, so effectively chaired by Don Gray and team in the past will evolve into CX (Customer Experience) and Sales Enablement. Two topics which are on the hearts and minds of many marketers and business owners. During this first session you will be asked to share your experiences with these topics in your own organizations, examine practices with well-known brands, and participate in creating a roadmap for the CX & Sales Enablement SIG Community.
Curiosity: How are Marketing and Sales Professionals approaching CX in their organizations? How do you map your own customer experience journey? What part does company culture play in delivering experiences? What are some of the tools used to deliver consistent customer experiences? What’s the human psychology behind positive experiences?
Mitch launched his own company Palladium Marketing after a career in Medical Device marketing, with Hill-Rom. While at Hill-Rom, he led product innovation, commercial marketing for the International division, global Branding, live events, and the Customer Experience Centers in Batesville, Irvine CA, and Pluvigner, France.
Most fulfilling professional experiences: Developing the Customer Experience Program with Hill-Rom, and riding the emotional high and lows of starting a new business. Palladium Marketing is developing sales enablement tools for the Tradeshow and live Events industry, and clinical auditing applications for the Medical device arena.
