Stan Phelps is a Forbes ContributorTEDx Speaker, and IBM Futurist. He is the Founder of, a content hub that focuses on customer experience and employee engagement solutions.

Before founding, Stan had a twenty-year career in marketing included leadership positions at IMG, adidas, PGA Exhibitions and Synergy. At Synergy, he worked on award-winning experiential programs for top brands such as KFC, Wachovia, NASCAR, Starbucks, and M&M’s. Stan is the author of five books in the Goldfish series and a Forbes contributor. His writing is syndicated on top sites such as Customer Think and Business2Community.

Stan received a BS in Marketing and Human Resources from Marist College, a JD/MBA from Villanova University and a certificate for Achieving Breakthrough Service from Harvard Business School.

He is a Certified Net Promoter Associate and has taught as an adjunct professor of marketing at NYU and Manhattanville College. He is a Past-President of the AMA Triangle, a chapter of the American Marketing Association.
