Vice President, Marketing – Quantum Health

Our firm is currently engaged in a special opportunity with Quantum Health an award-winning care coordination and consumer navigation company serving the needs of self-insured public and private employers across the United States. The company is expecting double digit annual growth every year for the foreseeable future. During this time, there will be a tremendous need to both inform and educate an ever increasing audience, market, and world of new customers. With a strong brand in place, there is a need for a sales-focused marketing leader to leverage today’s powerful digital environment to expand the company’s reach and connection. The Vice President of Marketing role will help lead this effort as the leader of the internal marketing organization. Already positioned with a strong and resonant brand, this role has the opportunity to position the company for significant long term success. The top marketing role in the company, the new VP will be a disruptive “Warrior” in the market and will bring strong B2B digital marketing and communications experience to the organization.

Job Requirements/Experience

  • A successful leader will be able to demonstrate recent experience leading a sales-focused targeted marketing team and strategy for  B2B Service Business in a competitive and highly disruptive space
  • Experience in a commercialization role driving sales through marketing communications with hands-on responsibility for advertising, digital content, social media, promotions and events within an entrepreneurial small-to-medium size business environment
  • Experience  developing and converting brand strategy into marketing plans that drive sales for a newly emerging brand/company/market not only through traditional marketing channels, but also with a high focus around digital and modern communication
  • Partner with team members across the business to craft a compelling story built from an already successful brand and aligned with the organization’s set strategy which in turn will help deliver Quantum’s value to current and prospective clients in a rapidly growing market
  • This person will be an agile “scrappy,” entrepreneurial, “roll up your sleeves” type of leader, digitally savvy, humble, open to new ideas and challenges with a strong executive presence and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • The VP role is located at Quantum Health headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and requires full relocation
