BOURKE KELLEY

Bourke Kelley is the Executive Director of Commerce Strategy at CourtAvenue.

She joined CourtAvenue in January of 2021, and as the first official strategy hire, has gotten to work across most of CA’s clients, including Dell, Elanco, General Mills, Epson and Kia. She works alongside a team of strategists that help CA clients deliver differentiated Commerce experiences by clearly understanding the landscape they operate in, leaning into research to understand audience needs and defining energizing visions for innovation. Joining CourtAvenue near the beginning of the company’s existence has allowed her to craft new methodologies for how strategy work can deliver more value to clients through unique insights and compelling recommendations.

Before joining CourtAvenue, Bourke worked at 84.51 where she partnered with the Kroger Digital team to deliver insights on shopper behavior across their digital and ecommerce platforms like Delivery, Pickup and Ship. Before 84.51, she moved to Cincinnati from Columbus to work at VML (formerly Rockfish) working on digital innovation and shopper/ecommerce strategy across CPG clients, including Hills Petcare, General Mills, Unilever and Kimberly-Clark.

She has always had a love for the city of Cincinnati. Both of her parents attended Xavier where her dad played basketball as a Musketeer. Given the time they both spent in Cincinnati, she grew up with a love of Skyline Chili and Graeter’s (her order, two cheese coneys (no onion) and a scoop of black raspberry chip).

Whether immersed in marketing strategies or volunteering efforts, Casey’s heart beats for Cincinnati and those who live in it. When not crafting innovative campaigns or lending a helping hand, you’ll find Casey exploring local parks and coffeeshops with her husband Kyle or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen with the help of her trusted taste-tester, Aubrey—Casey’s little girl. Casey is not just a marketing professional but a force for positive change both inside of the workplace and out.
