At The Underground Agency, we redefine marketing with a unique approach. As the only agency integrated into college classrooms, we leverage the fresh perspectives of young students with their hunger for experience and self-discovery. Our teams excel in delivering creative, data-driven marketing solutions that excite clients on scrappy budgets to chase their dreams and help our students discover theirs.

The Rutkovsky team, comprising 14 ambitious undergraduate marketing students in the Creative Marketing with Study Abroad course at The Underground Agency, Haile College of Business, exemplifies dedication. Over a focused 5 weeks, we collaborated with creative peers from the School of Media and Communication, balancing full-time college commitments and part-time jobs. Responsible for crafting marketing and branding strategies, including scripting a compelling brand story video, our creatives seamlessly brought the narrative to life. A distinctive aspect of our work involved a 4,500-mile journey to Koberovy, Czechia. There, we interviewed the client, actively contributing to filming materials for a unique and globally engaging brand story.

The dynamic Shelalee team comprises 10 talented undergraduate marketing students enrolled in the innovative Creative Marketing with Study Abroad course at The Underground Agency, Haile College of Business. Over a focused 4-week period, we collaborated seamlessly with creative peers from the School of Media and Communication. Despite balancing full-time college commitments and 20-hour part-time jobs, we successfully crafted comprehensive marketing and branding strategies, including scripting the captivating brand story video. Our collective dedication and interdisciplinary collaboration define the spirit of Shelalee’s success.

Xavier Element is a student-led, student-run digital media agency and student consultancy. Our team works with internal and external clients to provide marketing and other consulting services. We strive to connect clients with passionate and driven students who solve business challenges with a unique Gen-Z perspective. Since our January 2022 launch, we have employed over 40 Student Consultants and served more than 25 clients.

The Xavier Element is a student-led and student-run digital marketing. Our team is made up of Student Leads, Student Consultants, and Faculty & Staff Advisors.
