When marketing and sales work together, everyone wins, but that journey can have hurdles of the organizational, technological, or philosophical kind. Entrants shared with us their organization’s sales enablement and CX journey, including goals, results, and creative solutions.

Paycor’s HCM platform modernizes people management and empowers leaders. Paycor’s Customer Advantage Summit was a day-long virtual experience created to educate customers at scale about the many tools and resources available to help deepen their Paycor product expertise. The summit provided exposure to our support services, learning and certification programs, advocacy and networking opportunities, and a view of our product roadmap with the opportunity to provide product feedback. The day showcased a variety of customer advantages while incorporating the customer voice throughout the experience. One session was co-presented by two Paycor customers.

Sage Sure

A leader in catastrophe exposed property insurance, SageSure delivers reliable products, exceptional customer experiences, and strong underwriting results in challenging markets. SageSure operates in 14 states providing home, flood, and commercial insurance. With more than $1 billion of inforce premium, SageSure is the largest residential property insurance MGU in the US.

At SageSure, we believe CX is a team sport. We collaborated with partners on the Claim Operations, Underwriting, Product Development, and Software teams to drive improvements to the most critical aspects of our customer’s experience–the buying process and claims. We collected customer feedback, set up customer follow-up processes, mapped customer journeys, and worked with stakeholders to action insights and ultimately move the needle on our CX metrics. Our best-in-class buying experience score went from a 32% rating one year ago today to 50% this past month, and we improved our claims net promoter score from +14 to +58 this year.
