This “category” arose from Judges’ comments and recommendations during the scoring process. We asked them to make notes about entry elements that were especially powerful, impressive, and/or creative that they would recommend honoring in their own right. The result… Special Recognition for Excellence! We have FOUR finalists in this category – these each have their own area of excellence and are not ranked.
