Epiphany is a towel cleanliness brand that is focused on towel hygiene. Their first product is a liquid antimicrobial spray built to be sprayed onto a towel after you’ve finished using it. It also refreshes the fabric polymers and makes it smell nicer.

Problem Statement

The AMA Cincinnati Agency focused on an overall martech stack of marketing tools for Epiphany based upon research, planning, target audience definition, messaging, content and brand identity.

Outcomes

Research: Conducted a survey of potential consumers to understand active lifestyle behavior; attitudes about germs, towel use, and potential benefits of Epiphany; messaging that resonates with different audiences; product personality preferences; and, packaging design preferences
